Pre-Competitive Soccer Academy
Fall Registration and schedule will be released in early May.
Red Star Soccer Academy is proud to offer its Pre-Competitive Programs: Rising Stars (4-5 years old) and Future Stars (6-7 years old). Our professional Academy coaches will unlock your child’s potential with small-sided games and age-appropriate instruction.
Rising Stars: Ages 4-5
Red Star Soccer Club is pleased to announce the return of our Rising Stars Program designed specifically for developing soccer players between the ages of 4-5 years old.
Players will be introduced to fundamental soccer skills through a variety of activities and small sided games in a fun learning environment. Players will improve their technical ability while developing a love for the game of soccer.
Program Details:
* Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer seasons
* Six 60-minute sessions on Wednesdays (4-5pm) and/or Saturdays (10-11am)
* Cost for the program is $200 per player (includes an Adidas Jersey)
- Wednesday Dates:
Spring Session 1 – February 21, 28, March 6, 13, 20 and 27
Spring Session 2 – April 3, 10, 17, 24, May 1, and 8
- Saturday Dates:
Spring Session 1– February 17, 24, March 2, 9, 16 and 23
Spring Session 2– April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4 and 11

Future Stars: Ages 6-7
The goal of our Future Stars Program is to identify young soccer players who enjoy a more dynamic play environment and to provide a technical pathway for a transition into competitive club soccer with Red Star. The program curriculum emphasizes an introduction to the beautiful game and proper execution of basic techniques such as dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting in a fun yet challenging environment.
Recreational-league players will train in a new and challenging environment to become more technically proficient players. Future Stars sessions will be planned and run by licensed Red Star coaches and will emphasize the enjoyment of the game, as well as sound fundamental soccer skills and technique.
Program Details:
* Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer seasons
* 13-weeks on Monday (5-6pm) and Saturdays (9-10am) or Wednesday (5-6pm) and Saturdays (9-10am).
* Cost: $500 per player (includes an Adidas uniform (1 Jersey, 1 pair of shorts, and 1 pair of socks).
* Space is limited to 24 players per session.

Red Star Soccer Academy has adopted the BYGA platform in our Pre-Competitive Programs for registration, payment, and scheduling purposes to streamline the overall experience for our families. All families are required to follow these guidelines:
Account Creation: Families must have an account on Byga. Use a preferred email address and provide the necessary information for each family member participating in Pre-Competitive programs.
Program Registration: Families must register their children for the desired sports or activities through the Byga platform. Payments should be processed directly within the app for a hassle-free experience.
Schedules Access: Families must access their children’s practice and game schedules via Byga. The platform enables users to sync schedules directly to their personal calendars and receive notifications for schedule updates or changes.
Upon registration, players will be added into BYGA group to stay up to date with practice times and location.
